  Dr. Lambert is careful not to over manipulate. He also has an exceptionally gentle but effective touch. Some chiropractors feel like they are going to rip my head off when they adjust my cervical vertebrae; Dr. Lambert carefully makes minor adjustments and then lets the neck settle itself. I walk away feeling MUCH better for longer after Dr. Lambert provides the adjustment.
